The inspiration for these burritos came from my trip to France when I was looking to have an authentic tailgating experience.
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs ground pepper
- 1 tbs hot sauce
- ½ tbs salt
- ¼ cup of salsa
- 1 small mashed avocado
- 3 eggs
- Bunch of salad lettuce
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. On the other hand, mix pepper, hot sauce, salt and salsa in another bowl. Next, beat the eggs and cook them in olive oil that you have heated. Afterward, toast your tortilla wraps a little for added crunch.
Spread avocado on a tortilla wrap and along with this spread sour cream as well. Cut up the fried egg and spread it over the tortilla wrap. Last but not the least, seal the deal with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
